My husband was recently admitted to Lake point. When he got there, they took all of his medicationβs including his eyedrop, which he needs three times a day. My husband is as close to blind as you can be without being blind they never gave them the eye drops all day long when I called and asked the nurse she said well if he needs eye drops why doesnβt he just put them in? Furthermore, the man he shares a room with is apparently hard of hearing so he Blairs his television at two in the morning and again at four in the morning I asked for my husband to be moved to a different room. The stupid nurse actually said to me listen these people live here. They can watch TV anytime they want to.

The people there are friendly but but it seemed like there really was no rules there that much and I was getting harassed by the residents here and there They talked to the residents but they still kept on doing it I feel like they could have done more there but that's just me

The nursing staff treats their residents/ patients like nothing less than family. My favorite staff members would have to be Jasmine Lovettβ¦she handles everyone with complete care. Couldnβt ask for my aunt to be in a better facility! THANKS LAKEPOINTE !

I have a family member staying here. First I would like to say how caring the staff is. They are always on top of everything. Maintenance and housekeeping are amazing. I would definitely recommend Lake Pointe to anyone interested.

Lakepointe cares about their residents and the staff really takes good care of them. The therapy team especially speech and occupational help improve the daily lives of the residents. The nurses are the best and the STNAs go above and beyond!

A place that is really trying to make the bad reputation go away. The new ED and the managers here are trying to improve the place and make the nursing home feel like itβs really home to the residents. The activities aides are really good at getting residents out of their rooms and into the common areas for activities. The nurses and the stnas have the best team work there is! This is really becoming a nice place! Give it a shot and place your loved one in here!

iβm not the type of person to give a place 1 star but i absolutely dislike this place. my aunt was placed there in 2015 and every time i went the place was horrible. the staff were ignoring their patients while they were yelling, the place always smelt like pee. no one ever was in the lobby so anybody could walk in. and when my aunt died in there they didnβt know until a couple hours later (so no one was watching her). i am truly sorry to the people who put their loved one in this place and hopefully people look at these reviews before putting their loved ones there and deciding not too.

ATTENTION ALL REVIEW READERS THIS STORY IS WELL WORTH YOUR TIME TO READ IF YOU TRULY CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVE ONE. I would like to start off by saying that this facility should seriously consider changing their name to DEATH POINT because itβs certainty clear to me and my experience with this facility itβs not Lake Pointe. They do not even merit a start for a rating. I was caring for my significant other that was diagnosed with a very rare condition that effects 1 in a million and I was not convince of this diagnosis and the challenges I encountered along the way in order to have him retested was by far more challenging than one can ever imagine only because Iβm from Canada and he was from Lorain. I probed many people along my way to try and help the man I truly love and to get what he rightful deserved, but with no success my significant other pasted away and not from the diagnosis he was given but from an infection he developed under the care of Lake Point and the very poor and unethical service that this facility has to offer but again they really donβt offer anything. First this starts off with the leaders that run this facility your staff is only as good as you represent yoursel
